TL;DR
- Equity
- 10% via SAFE note. Converts when you incorporate.
- Revenue share
- ~10% of app revenue, negotiated per deal.
- Platform fee
- $50/mo after your MVP launches. Covers hosting + 1 fix/mo.
- Scope freeze
- MVP scope locked at kickoff. New features = per-request charge.
- Kill switch
- 90 days unpaid → agreement terminates. We keep the code.
- Portfolio rights
- We always retain the right to showcase this work.
